Why in game support don't read tickets ? i have wrong upgrade item, and can't recovery my eye of akylios. item is bugged.

Is anyone else not actually able to create in game support tickets?
i consistently show a support ticket from almost a year ago. cant get rid of it or close it, and because of it, I can't create new [..]
