Rift Credits purchase via steamwallet unavailable, Please help.

All of a sudden my Shard is unavailable, can't select other shards.

1:04 pm, August 9, 2014 just logged in and my current shard is unavailable. to add insult to injury I can't select the other shards. I click on each and every one and play button is greyed out. :mad3: View
