TrionBrasse: Letter to Trion
Quote:
Building and launching the RIFT Prime service took a significant amount of effort, and the Dev team is still reviewing both pure data and qualitative feedback. In the overall scheme of things, a month since launch is not long in terms of development. We are listening, and gathering feedback, always. I see Tacitus, RoughRaptors and Icarus have been responding on the forums, and I know they are actively listening in game too. We do spend a LOT of time in game, playing alongside all of you and listening to player discussions there. It takes much longer to review, consider, plan and implement change than it does to read the feedback, and we're currently working on assembling info to share. It's somewhat predictable for Prime with the advent of Greenscale, River of Souls, etc. We do not have the same path of progress as AA currently serves its players, because they have done it several times, while Vigil is still our first effort. It makes a huge difference. As you may have heard, Port Scion is coming to Prime this week as well, as part of the Month 2 challenge. Class tuning continues, with tweaks over time instead of massive overhauls, as promised Dev. More news to come from the team as I assemble it - I am thinking a short blog for the week. =)Kudos to the OP for a very well-written list of feedback. Organized concise and rational. Aileen, I assume you contacted CS to get the exact reasons for your chat mute. I can't pull logs here, but that is what they use - it's not just how many people report you, but what the logs read.Brasse(Side note:The past two weeks have been relatively quiet because I was on PTO and just checking in from time to time from my laptop, while my colleagues quietly gathered feedback for the team in my absence. The law says that even Dwarves get time off - super glad to be back though!)
